Have 71 Charger 500 all original with factory air. 2-speed fan switch which works but on low barely can feel air passing, on high it does increase but still insufficient to cool the car properly. Does anyone know of a replacement motor of higher output that I could replace the existing motor with or possible fix for my problem.

I would pull the fan motor out and see if it is dragging. They get dried out and dirty over the years. When they don't spin free and easy, it takes more current to run them and that is when you end up with blown fuses and melted wires on high speed. If that is the case you should be able to find someone locally that can clean and repair your motor. It could also be the blower motor resistor located in your heater box but I would bet your motor is the culprit. Sometimes replacement motors show up on ebay. I had mine cleaned and lubed by an electric motor repair shop locally.
