73 charger seat belt nut

I am rebuilding the rear seat belt anchor on my 73 charger, as it has rotted out.
Does anybody know what thread it takes?
I have a bolt out of a 74 which is 7/16-20.
Are they the same bolts as 73?
Is the size correct?

I'm pretty sure the threads are the same. The only differences I've seen personally is that "some" seat belt bolts are a little longer to hold multiple seat belts on one bolt.
