904 cable shift -floor shift to push button

I am going to be doing a v-8 swap on a 64 Dart. Having never delt with a Mopar cable shift I was reading the thread here on the release process and had a question about interchanging a floor shift tranny to push button shift. I have a v-8 floor shift tranny and will be installing it in a push button car. Would any changes to the tranny need to be done?

Well I found my answer anyway, need to change the valve body to swap from floor shift cable to push button cable.
