A518 pan on an A904

I have heard that if I use the deeper a518 transmission oil pan I will need a filter extender. Where can I get one?

518 pan wont fit a 904. You need a 500 pan deep overdrive 904. They put them in lots of v-6 rear wheel drive mopars in the 90s.

Let me put it this way, if I use a deeper tran oil pan (it cross references to a 1995 Ram) do I need an extension?

Yes. If your doing to take the pan take the extension also.

Where do I get an extension? I have checked a couple of places and can't find any reference to them? Thanks
