Nice...Police escort as well.
wouldnt that be something to see in person.. I was noticing some of those Talledegas/Cyclones in the mix too. Thanks for sharing..
I told my wife about the Aero Warrior event, and if not for Cruisin the Coast being scheduled and planned in the same 4 days, I would have gone. She got on a Superbird clone kick for a few days, and I have thought about maybe doing that with my real V-code 70 Roadrunner. As nice as the 'birds are, if I ever really wanted a clone 'bird, and even though my engine isn't #s matching, I think it would be better to use a Sport Satellite or base Roadrunner to clone into a 'bird and leave my V-code alone.
First time ever that I had the flashing lights in front of me....... Looks like Leah didn't get a shot, I have video and pics with the state trooper in front of us that I'll add after we get home (currently in Nashville). Pic is waiting to start the escort from the back way into Dega.
That's Leah and I right behind the State Trooper. About 8 motorcycles at the lead of the pack to block intersections as well.
Nice picture. Look at all those Gems.
They had some really cool shots during the pre race at Dega. Saw at least 3 Birds in one shot.
I have a few friends that went and they are posting some amazing pic's and vids! Awesome event for sure but i'm just into Elephants and just admire the birds. We have a few in our Mopar club.
Supercharged Gen 2 HEMI
Any sight of a orangie Copper hemi Daytona down there from southern Alberta? Just curious. Or a Black 440 Daytona out of Edmonton?
Only saw one Alberta plate... and I can't for the life of me remember what colour it was but it was a Bird.
Okay. Cool. Theres a few around here. My last count was in Calgary 4 for sure. Quite a few in the Edmonton region as well.
I saw two from Alberta: a red hemi 4-sp Daytona, and a blue 440 Daytona. Few pics......
Hey @dadsbee which one is you in this pic? You caught me right in the middle (F8 green Daytona)! We must have left Winn Dixi pretty close. What an awesome event.
I'm easy to find amongst 200+ cars .. ONLY guy with a front plate !
This photo of Mrs. @dadsbee needs a thought balloon.
Beautiful Bird! Yup I followed you into the track. About 4 back when we left the Winn Dixie
Thanks, it could use some body work but I'm not doing it! Now has 56,796 miles on it. Had 56306 when we left home..
