After you set the fuel regulator to correct psi do you need to redo the air/fuel mixture?

Like posted keep fuel pressure at eddy specs.
When checking the floats you need to pull the top and invert it. If I recall its 7/16 & 15/16,
Make your adjustments with the floats off the top , don't push on the needles.
With all that cam and not much stall , crank the idle up some.
Like posted above more timing prob will help.
Checking for vacuum leaks .... I use brake clean / carb clean or unlit propane torch with a piece of hose to get under the intake.

I would check ign timing in gear & in neutral. Your cenrti weight springs maybe allowing the timing to be advanced to say, 15*, in neutral, but drops back to 8* In Drive. [ These are just examples ].
Erratic timing can cause your problem.
I looked up the cam specs: 268/276* adv. That is a mild cam & should work with stock c'ter. A 2800-3200 stall c'ter would be far too high. 2200-2400 is all you need.
What is the idle rpm in Neutral?
