Most all are coming from Taiwan or China now. You can't get PPG glass anymore either. They sold it off to someone and it's changed.
PITTSBURGH, PA – March 1, 2011. Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC has announced today that the company will reopen its facility in Evart, MI. This is the result of increased demand for automotive glass products. The plant was originally purchased from Chrysler Corporation in 1998 by PPG Industries Inc.
Automotive glass products are manufactured and fabricated in six North American facilities located in: Berea, KY; Creighton, PA; Crestline, OH; Evansville, IN; Meadville, PA; Tipton, PA and a joint venture facility in Tepeji del Rio, México. PGW has also recently broken ground for a manufacturing facility in Sroda Slaska, Poland which is expected to begin operations in the first half of 2012.
