Finally got my aluminum hood and fenders back on my car. I plan on using air cleaners. With the scoop off when I measure the clearance from the front 3447 AFB to the hood it's only 3 inches. I don't think a dropped base will clear everything, so might need a flat base. So any of you Max Wedge guys come across this? I know Summit and Jegs have a lot of bases and filters but thought I would ask her too. I didn't use air cleaners way back when but now I am.
