air grabber paint color

The color was in the resin, kind of a charcoal, not quite black; on originals you can see some of the fiberglass strands.
Metal flaps were black, and the hardware was natural & what looks like clear zinc.
Best to clean the hell out of the ductwork and then shoot a semi-gloss clear over the surface.
If that won't work for your situation - say, in the case of repairs - a dark charcoal/almost black is about as close as you'll get.

"Gray".. not sure what you think is gray. Here's what I used to restore mine after a complete rebuild and about as close as you'll get to OE. All covered in my Bee restoration... that's a sticky in the restoration section. It is not Black like most think and paint them!
