Air Grabber Vehicles Ever Equipped with Factory Hood Insulation Pad

I can't remember seeing the sound/heat insulation pad on air grabber hooded Road Runner/GTX. Who knows? Thank you.

IMHO....
There is no room under the hood to accommodate the insulation pad, due to all the N96 stuff.

The only other thing is: the N96 option would work bettet if you got the correct air cleaner assembly and base so it matches the under hood flexible gasket assembly so the cold air goes into the air cleaner and carb exclusively.
Just my opinion of course.

I bought a kit to do my '70 Road Runner in the '80's...and soon realised I had wasted my money. There would have been so very little to install...and nothing to fix it to under-hood.
