Gave up on the NFL many years ago.
I was last a fan of Joe Gibbs back 25+ years ago; dude lived on the other side of the lake from me down
in Spotsylvania County, VA. Real nice folks, always hosted parties for his "neighbors", which would span
miles and miles of neighbors.
His method of drafting players wasn't necessarily always to choose the best athlete available but more like
the best person available at that moment. A devout Christian, he was big on character. If you played for him,
he was said to "help" you when you had issues with character and/or integrity.
If you showed your *** on the field, he'd bench you, regardless of your worth to the team.
If you did something stupid in public, you'd invariably find yourself gone eventually.

Not sure what's happened in the years since with him, though. I mean come on, explain the whole "Busch" thing...
