is it a duel plane? im told since my car is only driven on the street and generally low rpm that a duel plane is the way to go.

It is a single plane that is low profile. Similar to a Victor, but lower. Should fit under a stock hood . I had this on my car for a year or two. Perfectly streetable/racable. I went a different route is the only reason that I am not using it now.
