Aluminum tubing!!

Has anyone done a custom fuel line in aluminum, if so how do/did you like it?

I did a long time ago. I didn't have the fancy benders like I do now but it came out OK. Also no ill effects resulting from fuel being in contact with bare aluminum but the gas didn't have alcohol in it back then - at least that I'm aware of. Come to think of it my boat tanks are aluminum and I keep them full and no issues up to this point.

Thanks Meep, I dont know why I didn't think of that, my dads jet boat has dual aluminum tanks...good thing breathing is automatic!!!

Cool, I love jet boats. My boat is a jet also. 76 Tahiti Tiger with an Olds 455. If it rained more I'd commute in it! Happy plumbing.
