those are real nice thanks for sharing :headbang:

Pretty cool, I like the forgotten hero, looks bad to the bone sitting there. Here is a replica of my 73,

Those are some pretty nice models, especially the 'distressed' ones, and the '73.

What about the factory? They're busy building 11/10 scale versions of the old Challengers even now. :)

How do you make the rust holes look so real on the General?

Real Rust ! LoL I used a dremel slowly grinding from behind, it melts the plastic giving realistic bubbling. then after paint has been applied liberally, I sprinkle fine particles of rust.

Nice details.

cool models

I've never been able to find a replica model of any car I've owned. The closest I can get of my coronet is identical in every way only it's a convertible. Think I'll get the model 1st next time before I buy the car.

I collect 1:18 scale diecast. Mostly 1968 through 1973 Mopars. Got about 300 of them now. Love to sit and look at them. The level of detail is incredible.

I started a facebook page for mopar model enthusiasts, its "Mopar Models R Us". Everyone is welcome!

You have a great attention for detail. I was going to call you out on the first photo of the white RR and say that you took a picture of a real car in a parking lot from a 3rd floor window. LOL

I've been doing this for about 8 years - not as good as some of the guys I know...but I like to have fun doing it when I get the chance...

Try this site, i called once when i couldn't find a model i wanted and the lady was very nice and told me she would email me when it became available, and she did... Might give it a try if you like. good luck.

My friends and I would take model airplanes that we were tired of, crack them open and stuff them with the heads of 'strike anywhere' matches. Then glue them back together and hang them from the clothesline so it looked like they were in flight. A few shots with a pellet gun and they met a glorious end.
