Get off I-70 at exit 35 onto MD 66 and go south. Turn left at the light onto US40, then turn right into the track. There's a Sheetz gas station/convenience store on the corner of US40/MD66 if you need it. If I was coming from the west with a trailer, I'd get off at exit 32 onto US40 east as it's a straight shot to the track that way.
