Are the headlight buckets/front part of fenders the same between RR and Coronet?

68/69 fenders, is the headlight bucket assembly the same between years and RR/Coronet? How about the first 4-6" of the fender, are they the same?
Asking because I found a solid RR fender and my Coronet is soft in the recess where the grill surround screws in. Wondering if I can graph the 2 together?

Fenders are not the same.
