I found that most of the videos of trim removal were not with the same clips as mine. Found this which is a very simple but explanatory video of trim removal process.

Nice I was wondering how to remove the trim without buggering it up. Are these clips rather universal as that is not a Mopar. Did you use that tool?

Haven't tried it yet but yes they are universal and the clips look like what's on my GTX.
