Okay going to start a thread on my 64. Been just collecting parts for awhile and learning how to do the pic thing. So not going to be in order but it's a start. The following is fitting the glass front fenders and cutting up the k frame.

Thanks this pic thing not my cup of tea. I have more just got to get them here.

I also got a glass hood with wedge scoop. The hood will be hidged not pinned. Will take pics later.

If you need help with posting pictures PM me!
Who made the glass?
The fenders came from vfn glass and the hood and scoop came from glasstek all pieces are fitting great. Just touch up work and I wanted stock medallions so I cut out the glass ones.

i would like to thank you folks for all the help you have sent my way. this is a great forum and some good people on here. just a real special thanks to Ironbuilt for keeping my head in this and not walking away.

Let me know if you are needing some help or parts ... I have some spares & extras.

More pics of the hood and fenders please! I didn't know glass fenders and hoods are available for 64 dodges. Were they expensive?

O.k. sounds great and if you need anything I have some stuff. Hoping to meet up with you at Mopar show.

Glenwood not to bad on price. Look up vfn fiberglass and glasstek then go to products you will find them. I really like how everything is fitting. I will get more pics for you. Thanks

Here is a few pics of the hood and scoop. Just roughed in the hood still needs cut open and scoop bolted down. Glenwood tried to send to you but error keep showing up. Remember it's a hinged hood not pinned.

We had some fitment issues with thise Fenders. Ended up cutting the braceing loose at the Door edge to recontour. The hood was a lot closer.
Doug

Doug, so far so good on the fenders. Yes touch up a little bit but everything is lining up and not having to use alot of spacers. Going g to try to finish this weekend. The hood really fitting nicely. Going to modify the hinges a little bit. How ever I did cut our my k member last week. Going to set the engine and trans in it to mock up all the stuff that will be in the engine compartment. Plus welding up the holes that won't need. Thank you for your help I appreciate it.

Dying to see how this all comes together. That fitment looks great from the pictures that you posted. I had fiberglass fenders on my 73 Challenger in the early 90's and they were a nightmare to fit. How did you set up the hood for hinges? Did it come with the braces in place?
I might have to broker a load to Arizona this spring to see that front end in person.
Looking good!!!

Yep the hood is braced going to rework the hinges. I was really surprised how well they're fitting. I new I would have to do some minor stuff but if I wasn't so damn **** I could just bolt on and go. Come on out bring the wife and we will have a few beers.
