This is a brand new design and features zero slop and long life.

Looks like the one from firm feel from years ago is it pressed into the forging?

Absolutely not. The Firm Feel part was a copy of the discontinued McQuay Norris part.

Ours is a precision fit sleeve on delrin bushings with 2 torrington bearings.

I'm not sure of the point you are making. The FFI kit no longer fits currently produced E/B body arms. I understand if this doesn't interest you. We saw demand for this and went ahead and designed something completely different that is bolt in and ready to install. No other vendor has ever done this.
