They look like navel oranges stuffed inside slightly too small zip-loc bags.

If you can't tell those are fake, you'll probably never be able to.

It's all about the shape of the "mass" and how it is connected to the surrounding area (or isn't in the case of fake ones).

Compare Demi pic #1 to the ones I posted of Suzanne Pleshette.
