Building a street/limited strip 340 for my 71 roadrunner but Building it very old skool so which would be better ld340 or tm5
that is what im leaning towards looking to run around 4.10 gears and probably 2500to2800 stall, undecided on cam atmLD340 for sure! 440'

motor supposedly fresh 40 over motor, they wasn't sure cam size and looks to be fresh j heads, im gonna pull it down so i can know for sure compression ratio and go from there, would love to be around 450+ horseTake a look at the Lunatti 703 cam. Depending on your compression ratio (10:1) it would be worth a look. You might also want to increase your converter stall (3000-3500) JMO 440'

Interesting article that may help you with your decision.
she'll see the street more and occasionally local 1/8th mile track. Im definitely known to be a stoplight abuser lolThe dual plane intake may rob you of some high end power judging by the build numbers posted here.
Good luck. The ld340 has been around forever, and is a great street manifold.she'll see the street more and occasionally local 1/8th mile track. Im definitely known to be a stoplight abuser lol
