I told you when i contacted you i didnt have the cash right then($100 short by the way). I offered some trades or to send a check the first week of May. You didnt want any trades...no problem. I contacted you as soon as my contract payment hit the account on May 2nd. All of a sudden you reneged because your brother told you they were worth gold. I stayed true to my word and was ready to send the payment. I told you i will leave poor feedback if you didnt hold up your end of the deal. You just said do what you gotta do. I did what i said i would do. A deal is a deal.
I have a question, you wanted to buy these parts but didn't have enough money. You made a deal with this seller for him to hold the parts for a specific amount of time? Did you offer a deposit? Did he agree to hold the parts without a deposit ?
Honestly and im not defending the seller or knocking you but unless I know the person personally and am doing business face to face even then I dont but anything unless I have the money in my hand.
I mean think about it, you had to know you were getting a deal and you made the guy wait, you should have jumped on it then and there.
I only say this becuse I did the exact same thing with a Hemi four speed and a bunch of parts. I didn't jump on it then and there, guy told me there mine when I am ready. When I was he thought they were worth more and I lost out.
People dont do deals on a handshake anymore. Somebody gives you their word, it doesn't mean squat.
You should have bought them then and if you didn't have the money, well thats the way life goes, you cant trust anyone.
The seller should have told you no money no deal or if he made a commitment he should have stood by that.
My thoughts and thats why I only buy from sellers I know and pay in full via PayPal business to business only, within minutes of doing a deal
