I took my new grand Cherokee on a fairly tough 4 wheel drive trail. Smacked the front pretty good into rock going down a very steep hill. Knew I had bent the radiator ..didn’t leak though and suspected other hidden damage besides all the trashed front end plastic. The passenger tow hook was bent up and in.
The body shop has a new frame stand and coordinate measure machine. Found my Jeep was bent up about .7 inch on passenger side where I hit. What a nice piece of equipment. Mounts to all the factory chassis factory measurement points on bottom. Rest is measured from those points. Very accurate. I saw some measurements being off less than 1/16”
