Build card from fca decoding help

HI guys and gals. I just received my build card from FCA. I need some help decoding it. Thanks in advanced.

The punches in the card correspond to the numbers that they are across from on the very right of the card. The first column on the left says schedule month, and the punch at the top is across from the 1. The schedule day column has a punch across from the 1 and across from the 8. The schedule production day is 118. The picture is quite blurry and jumps around a lot on my computer. Could you try sending another picture. The Vin number etc. Is written across the top so you know what the answers are so to speak. Some of the punches correspond with letters also. With a better picture I can help you a bit with that also. I hope this makes sense.
