It should. My 69 RR has a 68 bumper. The 68 bumper was on it when I bought the car.
What about the reverse lights.

The 68 bumper doesn’t have the reverse light holes in it as you know so whoever partially restored my 69 never worried about them. I was thinking about putting a 69 bumper on it, reverse lights and figuring out what I needed for reverse lights (reverse light switch l believe) but have done other things that needed done since the reverse lights aren’t a big priority to me.
