Can Some One Identify This Lock Knob Linkage

I found this lock knob linkage in my box of 68 69 70 B Body parts.
It does not look like any of the others?
I have done some checking and have not found another like it.
It has the the numbers 1, 2 & 3 stamped into the heads of the rivits also.
Any help identifying it is appriciated!

Just a wild guess here, but it looks military,
and possibly used on an early power wagon.

I have never been involved with that type of vehicle but it may have snuck in on a bulk buy?
But I do have a friend into old power wagons.
I will contact him and see what he thinks?
If I find something out I will reply here.
