Can someone identify this part?

I am trying to locate the part that I am pointing to with a red arrow in the picture. Is it the plastic insert that holds the screw for one of the headlight bucket adjustments. Does anyone know what this part is called, and where I can buy them?

it' comes with a part called "headlight adjusting screw" (I know, very original), and you can buy them from a whole lot of places, here's yearone's page



I THINK you can buy them from the local parts slinger's "help" isle too
