Today I finally got the car out for the first time this year. With the Wagner pcv valve in fixed orfice mode set to the max. My cruise afr's are mid 15's if I stab the throttle they shoot up to high 16's. On a 950 double pump carb squirters are .035. Idle air bleeds are .073. Primary main jets are a BLP .077, secondary jets are .088. Mixture screws are a touch more than a full turn out. It idles great at 14.2 afrs. But my plugs look rich, could that be from too much pcv flow from the wagner pcv valve?

The ground strap says that it is off a little, that line should be in the middle of the bend. AFR's are not absolute, not for me anyway. If it's that rich, your sensors will quit from fouling. Fuel pressure? Float levels? So, refresh my memory, does a double pumper have two power valves? Idle manifold pressure? It's been awhile since I messed with the Wagner, just followed the directions and really haven't had issues with two cars. Your plugs look somewhat like my Sixpack looked with high fuel pressure, but AFR's didn't go lean under wot.

Fuel pressure is 6 lbs. A double pump carb has a power valve in the primary side and a power valve block in the secondary side. Idle vacuum in park is 12 inches, in drive 10 inches. . Float level is right in the middle of the sight glass.

I run 5 lbs of fuel pressure on my Sixpack. Fuel level, bottom of the hole. What power valve? 4.5 or 5.5 PV. Your cubic in? Your in the ballpark at some point, the porcelain has a tannish color. Plug brand and heat range?

I was told to run 6 lbs. With the needle and seat thats in the carburetor. I have a quick fuel carburetor which shows where the floats supposed to be at which is in the middle of the glass. Right now i have a 4.5 power valve. 440 ci. Ngk 5670-6.

You probably want an NGK 5, but that's not your problem. There is a 5 and a 5.5 PV available. You may want to to experiment with the 6 lbs of fuel pressure and middle of the sight glass is high for me. I will confess, I am not an air bleed guy, so do not know what to tell you about that.

Thats all I can do is to experiment.
