Just poking around on Ebay motors to see what is going on and I ran across this posting for a 1973 Plymouth.

Being offered as a "first time for snow" car it peaked my interest looking at it. They posted the Vin # so I googled it and it pops up as an auction car with a lot of damage on it.

Of course someone offered / bought it for $1450 and fixed it to flip it. But if there is anyone looking at this and considering to bid on it, please look at the other "before" posting of it before the repairs were made.

then form you own opinion....

Looks like someone kicked in the quarter and took a hammer to the fenders. Doesn't look like it was in a wreck, to me anyway.

They state in the ad that the mileage is unverified, which is the right way to do it. When I worked at Ford it was standard practice to label any car with a five-digit odometer as an Exceeds Mechanical Limits (EML) car, meaning there was no way to determine actual mileage, even if the previous owner swore on a stack of bibles the mileage shown was actual. It wasn't worth the risk of dealing with odometer fraud charges.

Well spotted :headbang:
