I was told that the 413 industrial blocks can be bored over that much.

He explains what the engine is/was, not only in the video I originally posted, but in even more
depth here:
He states, in about every video I've seen anyways, that he runs in Stock Eliminator class.
The block is not a MW block, but the heads are (and he expresses his great relief they're apparently
ok after the engine failure in the latest video); he runs a solid lifter cam because he apparently
has to in the class.
