I know your question is about Classic Air but, if you haven’t seen this already, it would be a good reference point for a Vintage Air installation on a ‘67 model. Not sure how Classic compares.
I cannot say for sure as this install is not finished yet, and is more custom than installing in a 67 B body non-air car. The under dash components installed easily and the templates for the additional holes in the firewall were good. In the engine compartment is a 5.7 Hemi with a complete Marsh pulley system to relocate the A/C compressor to the passenger side for a straight line installation. Problems encountered with radiator fitment and the dual fans clearing pulley system. Griffin custom radiator ordered which will give me 1/2" clearance. The dash controls modified without issue. How it works and any other issues are yet to be determined.
