I'm looking for a rear quarter window roller for a 1969 convertible (gtx), they are different from hardtops. Mine looks like this:

I recently turned out 6 window rollers for a Chevy P/U using Delrin stock. I used screws with Loctited nuts to substitute for the OEM rivets. Turned out great! Do you have any buddies with a lathe?

I agree with Mike.. I've bought rollers from other applications & mounted them to original brackets..

The convertible & hardtop roller assemblies look very similar, the difference is the height the roller protrudes out from the mount... That isn't hard to change if you have access to machining capabilities...
