That’s really damn accurate except the idea you “need” 50:50. Boiling point is less critical than is implied. Under 15 psi of pressure (typical radiator cap) water doesn’t boil until 250 F…..and it does cool better than glycols. So, run the lowest % antifreeze that ABSOLUTELY won’t freeze in your area (maybe 30%-40%), add some Water Wetter to add a little extra corrosion inhibitor (since you’re not running 50:50 mix). Water Wetter is an “OAT” & Royal Purple and Lucas are “HOATs” if I recall correctly
