Is duplicolor #1619 Chrysler Green the correct color for a 67 440? It doesn’t look correct.

Should be turquoise. For rattle cans, Mancini has about the best color IMO.

Before Herbs left the business he worked on that color. Obsolete Auto now handles his paint. I thought it was really close. I have only had a color match problem with one of those paints and it was after he left the business. Don't expect the current pearl white dye to match the upholstery. The last turquoise engine paint I bought directly from Herbs was spot-on IMO.

Be forewarned.. ANY fuel leaking on this stuff washes the paint away. I had a carb leak and had to mask and respray my intake the first week.

Hirsch claims it's impervious to fuel, but will stain with long term exposure. I use it as the old timers who were doing concourse restorations when I started messing with cars used it. It's thick and brushes on nicely with no waste floating away.

I can vouch for that, painted my engine 4yrs ago and it still looks like I did it yesterday. Have had fuel on the intake once or twice and no peeling or staining...I won't buy from anyone else unless Hirsch doesn't have it. This pic was taken 2 weeks ago, you can see some of the engine!

Check the Chrysler turquois paint provided by Roger Gibson / Frank Badalson Restoration.
Very good and an excellent match. Have available for brush.

I checked my inventory, I still had 3/4 pint of por15 Chrysler turquoise. Thinned it the suggested 20 percent and sprayed it on. I’m happy, correct color and this paint always flows out well.
