Correct Wheels

I have a 70 Coronet Superbee. I have the broadcast sheet for the car. I am second owner. I am trying to get the correct wheels. The broadcast sheet has a rusted spring line right through the wheels section. What I can make out is this from right to left.
Right Spare 16
Middle Color X9
Left Cannot see the the title. the code below looks like 1T

Car color is FK5 Burnt Orange

Any help please?
