Hard to say from just some pics, but all things being equal, I'd go for the 361 car. It would have the coveted one year only slip yoke big block cable shift 727, and it would be an easier swap for a bigger big block if you were so inclined. Of course, that's assuming the 361 and 727 are original equipment to that car. The 318 is most likely a Poly, but you never know what's been done to these cars in their 47 years. The 361 car looks pretty clean under the hood.
