What paint can I use to touch up the black paint on my rally dash.

'68, '69, '70 all the same. Check out the restoration threads on this forum. Somewhere there is also a cluster restoration thread I can't find, it maybe over on dodgecharger.com

That said, if you are only touching up a spot and don't want it to stand out... the only real option is to buy a cluster of different paints and do test pieces to compare to your panel.
