Dash pad removal

Me and my dad want to remove the dash pad from our parts car we got a few months ago before the heat cracks it worse than it already is, what's the easiest way to remove all the glued on pieces?

Speed nuts from in behind, put on a long sleeve shirt and 1/4 inch drive set , i think the speed nuts are 3/8 , i changed one in my 70 charger not bad , once the cluster , radio . glove box insert is out , thats all i took off.
