I was able to get the Chrysler IBM card decoded....what I want to do is duplicate the data plate missing from the lf inner fender. Attached is the data and the plates. Can someone please help me out with what goes where on the plate? I believe I have everything figured out except for what goes under the undercase alphabet...64 is shown, and what goes under the upper case alphabet, 415 17 and 8 - can't figure out those top two entries. Help is much appreciated...
