    Hi, im looking for a starter relay with a date prior to December 14 1966, couple weeks to a month would probably be fine... this is for a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Please let me know what you have, i will be sending it out for restoration/ plating... thanks for looking..Rich

    I bought a few NOS relays a few year ago. Not sure if there Elclins . Check on Sunday​

    i need part number 2444453, i believe thats for 66-69 cars with a 440/ and MUST be a 4 speed. now the tricky part, i would like a date code prior to my build date of december 14, 1966...... i hope im understanding all this, im learning as i go, im trying to restore this gtx to the best of my ability.

    The one is stamped 2444453 and is for a 4 speed, not sure about the Date code, its stamped 294 on the side. Just trying to help, no problem..

    im still looking for PN 2444453 starter relay for a manual transmission, date code 12/ 66...PLYHEMI has some nice examples with the correct part number, after doing some research i still dont know what the 294 means...so im reluctant to purchase, can anyone help me understand this number or does anyone else have one that is date correct... thanks guys ...Rich

    I think 294 may actually be 29 4 or 29th week of 1964 or 1974?
    Attached is a picture of my starter relay core with a 52 7 date or 52nd week of 1967.

    Rich,
    I am sorry that it is about a year too late for your build!
    Your build of mid December 1966 would need to be a 50 6 or earlier to make sense.
    That would be the 50th week of 1966 for the 1967 model year.
    Most say a month to 3 month's prior is normal.
