Decode fender tag

I am pretty clear on most items on my fender tag.
I am trying to find out if my car is a California Emissions (CAP) or 49 State car.

I believe 087 would be no AC, no ECS (not N95), no Ramcharger (not N96). Do you have your broadcast sheet? Another thing to check is what carb you have - Holley R4367-A by chance?

Well thank you for the work done. The build sheet shows a 36 for the carb. Holley R4367-A carb is what i am looking for.
