I decoded my fender tag on my 68 GTX to reveal it was originally an MM1 Turbine bronze color. I like that color and will go back to a similar variant of that color eventually. I like that color with the black side stripes. What bothered me was mine came with Red stripes. I checked the numbers a few times. A bronze car with red stripes! I haven't found any similar cars on the ol' interweb, to see what I am picturing in my head. I pretty much have everything the fender tag says the car came with, but I don't think I can do the red stripes. Original owner must have been color blind!

Maybe Im colorblind, but that sounds like an intriguing combination.

I always liked the white GTX stripes on the side of the 68's.

Red stripes aren't so bad... here's my old B5 blue Bee with red stripes. I thought it looked pretty awesome. Unusual.

Wonder if they a decal tape that wide to see what it looks like?

If that dumb vette didn’t have red wheels it would probably look cool
