Decoding magnum 500 help

Hard to read the numbers. What are they? I have no doubt that someone here knows how to decipher wheel date codes (not me).

Looks like M1 9 20 From what I can make out. This is what I saw.
M motor wheel
1 1st plant
9 1969
4= April
20 = 20th day.
Missed that 2 Could be Feb
Here it is the way I see it from left to right
2 M1 -9: 4 20 I didn't think the road wheel was produced in 79 but I could be wrong.

Its M4 with a 9 below. And then 2 on left 4 on right. I have read on the internet that before 1970 they didn't have the part number across from the valve stem and didn't have the pentastar on them.

Ahh well crap I thought I was on to something. I'm sure there are some guys that know this stuff off the tops of their heads..
