Decoding numbers on back of steering wheel??

Can someone help me with the numbers on the back? Are there date codes or anything? Is this correct for a 69 Coronet?

If nobody confirms before hand, I'll try to find time to check the '69 parts manual tomorrow.
 
That is for a 68 and 69, 70 is different than that one.

no dates, you have a part number and vendor code.
 
'68 and '69 parts manuals both show a Three spoke, wood grain, horn button tan wheel available on the Coronet line. Part # is 4016 DTT. Guessing the wheel itself has the part number you show and when you throw in the assembly and horn button it becomes the 4016
