Not by Mopar. I agree probably some kind of DMV replacement for any # of reasons.

Agreed. Even on new cars, you can get a reissued tag if the pillar has to be replaced, but the car is not damaged bad enough to be "totalled". I thought that along those lines tho, it had to be reissued from the manufacturer, like through a dealer. That would make this one a pretty sketchy looking tag then. I'm sure a body man will chime in with the process...
