Door mechanism, busted spring, how to fix????

Anyone know how to fix the door mechanism that holds the door closed? Mine has a busted spring, so the door will not properly stay closed, and it actually swung open while driving, so I need to know if anyone has fixed one or knows where to get a replacement.

Drivers side if anyone has one around that they can part with!
