Door panel screws

Can anyone tell me what the correct
size screws are to fasten the lower door panel.
(circled in red)
Previous owner neglected to put them back
on both sides. I hate hackery.

well... I can't tell the exact size, but they are huge selftapping phillips screws like this, with a washer
