I'd buy it today, If I lived closer
I like the idea of running a 1/8th mile track
If there's enough length to make it 1/4 mile &
enough shut down area too, that'd be a bonus

It is cheaper than buying just a house anywhere.....and you get 22 Acres, you can just live there, build a house or bring an RV and you have your own "test" track to play on with your friends, what could be better?
