E-brake question

Hey guys:

On a 71 B-Body e-brake, is there a small hook (equalizer)under or near the transmission? I have the long one but there is a small one in the kit. Does anyone have a picture and where would the small hook attach to?

It only takes one equalizer, I believe it's the long one. If I remember right, the short one is for either E-bodies or A-bodies.
