The owner of that car is a member here he's been trying to sell it for awhile now I ran the numbers on his tag and we found out it was a 4 speed car and a rallye at that he was excited

Looks like a lynch rd car. Is there a build sheet since no A57 or V21 numbers?
Is that WP29 in VIN?

Hmmm, and now the SE/Rallye debate.

Is there evidence that the bulge hood was the same color as the unibody from the factory?

Could be a big block 4 barrel 4 speed SE I suppose.

Coded for vinyl to which is not present.

Can't see close enough for evidence of where it was trimmed.
